Meet the Democratic Candidates for US Senate
On Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at 7 pm, the South Carolina Chapters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated will sponsor a Candidates Forum of the female powerhouses who are vying for the bid on the Democratic ticket for US Senate seat representing the Palmetto State. This virtual forum, hosted by the Columbia (SC) Alumnae Chapter, will feature the three candidates with aspirations of facing Senator Tim Scott in the November election.
The statewide primary for these candidates is June 14, 2022. The candidates are as follows:
Catherine Fleming Bruce
Angela Geter
Krystle Matthews
The forum will be moderated by South Carolina Social Action Coordinator, Ms. Tracy Richardson of the Anderson (SC) Alumnae Chapter.
