Civilians Response to an Active Shooter Seminar

April 1, 2017@1:30 pm - 3:30 pm

How would you respond if a random gunman entered your location and began shooting? Many active shooter events in the US have been stopped by citizens.  In the horrible event that an active shooter makes his or her way into a school, hospital, church, or other business, there are steps that can be taken in an effort to survive the attack.

Join us on April 1 as we host a vital training session facilitated by a nationally certified CRASE instructor through the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training of Texas State University. Due to the national climate of active shooting incidents and tragedies, law enforcement agencies are training officers to conduct these workshops in communities, churches, schools, etc. Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the program.
