Civilians Response to an Active Shooter Seminar Training

December 17, 2015@6:00 pm

How would you respond if a random gunman entered your location and began shooting? Many active shooter events in the US have been stopped by citizens.  In the horrible event that an active shooter makes his or her way into a school, hospital, church, or other business, there are steps that can be taken in an effort to survive the attack.

Join us on December 17 as we host a vital training session taught by Corporal Derrick Pendergrass of the Mauldin Police Department. Due to the national climate of active shooting incidents and tragedies, law enforcement agencies are training officers to conduct these workshops in communities, churches, schools, etc. Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the program.
